Bread with lard and snail liver
For 4 loaves
Farmhouse bread or white bread
lard
A pinch of salt
Chives, onion rings or radishes to garnish
Spread the bread, either toasted or freshly sliced, with lard and garnish with snail livers. Season with a pinch of salt and serve with onion rings, chives or radishes, depending on your taste.
