Here you can find out everything about the Weinviertel snail and about eating snails.

 

Our snail farm breeds Roman snails in the vineyards of the Pulkautal in the Weinviertel.
In harmony with nature, our snails grow slowly and healthily in the open air and with the best organic food.

Our animals live on our 2400 square meter farm in their natural environment 365 days a year and are fed a 100% organic vegan diet. Our job is to keep them happy and healthy.
